Positives: Room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the refrigerator and kitchenette. Nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Late checkout (noon) was standard which was great for our travel day at the end of our staff. The location is an easy walk to Times Square and all of the theaters but not so close that it was noisy or bright at night.

Negatives: The bed was a little soft for my comfort level but still fine to sleep on. We were on the second floor so we could easily take the stairs when needed but the elevators might be a bit of a wait at times.
