Positives: Super friendly staff, location, tea/coffee all day availability and dining area, fast WiFi.
Negatives: Air conditioning system in the room is awful. Very loud and dirty air. Filters are clean but still some particles coming out of the vents. Bed sheets not clean and not comfortable.

Positives: The hotel has amazing good beds, the bathroom was clean and the hotel gave us new towels everyday. The breakfast was fantastic, they don’t have many options, but it was enough for everybody to eat very well. Another important thing, there are coffee and water free 24h everyday.

Positives: Clean and comfortable room and bed. Reasonable size and adequate clothes storage. Good bathroom. On floor 3, so able to use stairs if lifts were slow. Friendly and helpful staff on reception desk. Location excellent, close to several subway stations.
Negatives: Some street noise, inevitable in Manhattan, though not a major problem for us. Only one armchair in room; comfortable seating for two would be an improvement.

Positives: Location is the primary benefit when staying at Hampton-Inn. The staff is very helpful and kind.
Negatives: The room floor was not very clean. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were flat (not firm) which led to a lot of pain in my neck. The breakfast queues were mismanaged and I chose to not eat breakfast here, despite paying for breakfast included rate. The safe was located at a difficult to access location and it was hard for me to access it, as I am not tall.
