Positives:
Good size of the rooms for Manhattan. Very confortable beds. Free coffee next to reception in the mornings. Safe area, next to subway.

No resoect about booking made, absolute lack of interest in customers from some of the staff.
We had booked a triple room for 4 nights (we were traveling with our daughter). When we arrived, they had sold our room. They gave us 2 rooms and promised to sort it out the following day. On day 2, they did not only not give us our room, but they again had sold one of the rooms to sonebody else (Casey said there was a leal ave, not trie, they dold it) and made us move things to another room, again. It was a joke, new room was just next to all machines with the worst noise, so we had to change again…
We can flex on options, but if the hotel makes a mistake, at least they would need to try and disturb customers the least, not to say compénsate. When explaining to Casey that this was not ok to be packing and unpacking, he rudely talked over me saying that a room would not appear by magic (it was day 2) and basically threw the key to me. Other customers offered even to Exchange, it was really an upsetting situation when all you want is to have the room you just booked or at least avoid having to pack and unpack 2 of the 4 nights. In all the moves, i lost one earring that never appeared. A girl at reception tríed to help at that occassion, with no luck.
A lot of noise from people partying in rooms at the weekend, although thats not hotel’s fault.
Premises are ok however it is really a pity that they only think about making money and dont put customer at the centre.

The small refrigerator made a continuous on and off noise all night. Luckily we were tired enough to fall asleep to it.

Was kept awake by a neighbour who had a party in their room, staff could not stop it and called the cops who never showed up. The manager promised to contact and give some form of compensation but has not picked up the phone nor answered any emails. The company is also not following up the case that was made in their internal system. Unprofessional and utterly unacceptable.
