Great location and nice decor. Decent enough bar and restaurant.
Negatives:
Staff were friendly but useless. I requested a cot when booking to find there was nothing in the room so the baby had to sleep in bed with us.also asked for a kettle but they didn’t have one apparently meaning I had to go from 16th floor to restaurant every time I wanted hot water to make one. In the morning I was often told the restaurant isn’t open so I’d have to wait for hot water. I noticed a kettle behind the bar so asked every day that they boil that for me. They didn’t really want to you could tell!

I do not like the location personally but convenient for me to walk to where I had to go for work.
I like the restaurant downstairs, convenient and nice atmosphere

The location was absolutely brilliant! So close to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Empire State, Bryant Park (the list goes on!). The hotel was clean and the rooms beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the roof top bar is perfect! The view of the Empire State from the roof top bar is UNREAL!
