The staff and location were great.
Negatives:
The room was not very clean, there were stains on the carpet and linens. There was a strong chemical smell. No coffee pot or housekeeping.

Be aware of extra resort fee. Heater was very loud but we could control the temp and there was zero street noise. Ive become accustomed to hypoallergenic pillows being available so I did not bring my own. Their down was were lovely but not for me.
