This is our fourth time...
Positives:
The staff and location were really good. I liked the hotel in itself. The breakfast was okay, nothing too special but not bad considering it was included.
Negatives:
We booked a room which clearly said for 4 people on booking.com. When we arrived, it was clear the room was only for 2 people, the double beds were just large enough to be called that, the bathroom had 2 sets of everything instead of 4, and the minifridge with complementary water and coke also had 2 bottles of each. This shows that the room was clearly for 2 people, even though we booked a 4 person room.

I would probably not stay...

Room was nice and location good for midtown.
Negatives:
Slide door for the toilet which meant no privacy. Breakfast uncomfortable seating and poor choice for food and very little to choose from. No lobby which you would expect for a 4 star hotel. Cleaning not done on 1st day when we came back. 2nd day only half amount of towels to 1st day.

Positives:
The room was just beautiful and one day I was sick and they brought me up soda right away. It was very clean and mostly everyone was so kind and welcoming. The quality of the site was very good and I would recommend this site to people. I liked how close the transportation was as well and the access to shopping was a plus.
Negatives:
I had an issue with the timing of the cleaning of the room and called twice to the front desk , however the woman on the phone was short with me and told me they were very busy. It was 3:00pm when they finally came up to clean. I called twice and she said it would maybe take up to 5:00. That was ridiculous. The breakfast was good the first morning but they ran out of hot water the next, how can you run out of hot water. They also served bagels but no cream cheese. The person in the morning in the breakfast room was awesome, he was very nice and attentive, I just think he was limited in what he had to put out. It seems that for such a high end place they could have planned the breakfast with supplied it better. I didn't go down to eat late either, it was before 7-8 every morning. My room was on the 19th floor and on the 4th day of my 7 days, one elevator was out. All the guest were left with one elevator and that was hard because it filled up fast and many times I waited for it to go up and come back down.
