You need to take out a loan to eat ANYTHING in the hotel. As I lived in NYC for 40 yrs, I knew to get my breakfast from the corner guy, also my fruit--I walked most everywhere and took a taxi once to go crosstown--MISTAKE.
The room was clean and the amenities were really nice, the sheets were clean and smelled a little like Clorox, that's a good thing. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

The location is good and the hotel looks nice. The view from the room was nice too. Resort fee converted to snacks/drinks amenities.
Negatives:
Complete mess at the check-in, too many guests, very few attendants. System down all the time. Too long to check-in (+20 min wait in line) with only 2 or 3 people in front of me. My friend who arrived the next day could not check-in and enjoy his room during the whole day because there were miles of lines and hours of wait to do it. He only did it after midnight.
Our first room was close to the elevator and impossible to sleep due to the noise. We had it changed to a more silent one - what was done rather quickly, as it should.
