The location was amazing. It is close to the main touristic areas. The staff was helpful. Also the rooftop has an amazing view. The room was clean all the time.
Negatives:
The room was too narrow and small even we had a queen room. Also, there is a glass door to the bathroom next to the bed. This brings more intimacy :) also, there is no other ventilation for the bathroom. This is a huge problem because after the shower the humidity gets high. Also we had a hard time to close the glass door for the bathroom it was not working properly. It was hard to open the windows to get fresh air.

Great location not far from the Times Square area. The room had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building which was a very welcome surprise.
Everyone at reception was welcoming and friendly as well.
There’s also free coffee in the morning which I loved very much.
Negatives:
The size of the room is rather small, especially for two people with small handluggage, but for that prize it’s still absolutely worth it.
Unfortunately, the rooftop area was closed off during the visit.
