Great location, responsive staff - when a significant problem arose the hotel got onto it promptly and efficiently. I liked that the manager sent a welcome email so there was a real person rather than a call centre. Impressed by thecreal-life respons8veness.

The hotel is very close to subway stations. The king bed was comfortable. It was safe due to requiring a room key to use the elevator to access any floor and ‘public’ restroom (2nd floor). The staff was very friendly and attentive (brought a new hair dryer within 5 minutes of the request, held our bags after check out until we departed for the airport & accommodated a late check out).

The hotel location is good. Next to the subway with excellent connections to all parts of NYC.
The staff is kind, polite, and customer oriented.
The king bed is very comfortable and the room is clean although a bit small.
Henrieta's restaurant is very good.
Negatives:
Room a bit small. Noisy. The windows are not noise-blocking.
View -is not so nice.
The neighborhood is not one of the best. It is not recommended to walk out at night.
