The room is so tiny it can only work for people on business trips over a weekend. The room is a bit old. and my room floor of the bathroom is sinking. The hotel can not get an extra room for replacement, so they offer 2 breakfasts. The staff are okay; they look snobbish, but maybe I am not used to America. That's all.

Quick weekend trip to visit...

The location is amazing and I like the hotel concept of small rooms right above a super cool coffee, restaurant and a Jazz bar.
Negatives:
The room I stayed in during my first night was so incredibly small that you couldn’t even open a suitcase, I only realized later that there are other rooms (same size) that are built differently and in those you have space under the bed and in other locations, too bad I couldn’t have one of those rooms.
In my second night after changing rooms, I had more space but when I got out of the shower I found out that the whole room was flooded with water that came out of the wall behind the shower and my suitcase and clothes got totally wet. It took them 30 minutes to dry it but I had to check out at 23:45 to fly out of the city. The front desk didn’t even offer anything for this very inconvenient situation.

Great building with a nice coffee bar in the lobby. Location was good, easy to get around lower manhattan. The staff was kind and facilities were clean.
Negatives:
In the room there was a constant kind of noise, it reminded me of a toilet that just flushed. This was annoying. The roof was closed this was also unfortunate. But it will open in May.
