I can't recommend this hotel to anyone with heigh above 180cm. The bed is incredibly tiny and the bedroom itself is pretty small. They need to let their potential clients this issues clearly.

The location is by far the best aspect, and while rooms are extremely small, they are very clean and include comfortable beds. My room had an excellent view that I really enjoyed.
Negatives:
There is no concierge service nor complimentary breakfast. Asking the reception staff for assistance on most occasions will be met with an, “I don’t know”; and if not, the advice will reliably be vague, unhelpful, and of low quality. I found this out the hard way when I took their recommendation on mode of transport to the airport, which turned what should have been a one-hour trip into a grueling, stressful 2 1/2 hours that nearly caused me to miss my flight. And for special requests, be prepared that they will likely not be handled correctly, as when I asked that the cleaning staff only refresh the bed and “not touch anything else”, then came back after a long day of sightseeing to find the entire room had been cleaned and towels replaced, despite none of them being on the floor, as per their own explicit policy. To add insult to injury, the new sheets were not even dry, and I had to sleep in a damp bed that night.

I think it was overpriced for the size of the room and amenities available.

The room was too small and there was no free coffee, breakfast, fridge or any extras to make it worth the value. Location was average. Layout of the hotel was odd and not convenient.

We stayed in a King Room, the bed takes most of the space and is huge. The room looks good and the views were very nice on the city.
The location is great, SoHo and LES are walking distance and have amazing bars and restaurants and going anywhere is super quick via the subway with the Canal St stops. (Felt like everywhere was 20mins away wherever we went).
Negatives:
It is a small room, with nowhere to store luggage (there are drawers under the bed, but one of them cannot be opened without bumping into furniture). I would not recommend this room if you're not in a couple and sharing the room!
The rooftop bar wasn't opened yet which was a shame.

Great romantic weekend - great...
Positives:
Location was really great. Close to the subway that can take you all around Manhattan and across to Brooklyn. Really close to little Italy and Chinatown which both have great spots tp eat.
The room size is tight although has everything you need. I travelled solo and think it would be difficult if you has another person.
Staff were great, cleaning was regular and no additional cost for water.

The room is so tiny it can only work for people on business trips over a weekend. The room is a bit old. and my room floor of the bathroom is sinking. The hotel can not get an extra room for replacement, so they offer 2 breakfasts. The staff are okay; they look snobbish, but maybe I am not used to America. That's all.
