The hotel is in a good location i felt secure in reagrds to parking and my family. The hygiene is ok and they do have i door pool my daughter had fun.the hotel could use new carpets

Checking in took a long time!! About an hour!!!! Remote for tvs did not work, phone to call front desk was not even plugged in so had to use my cellphone.

Won't recommend here BEDBUGS, and smelly sheets, noisy elevator. Not gonna book again didn't sleep, well:(

The hotel was only a few minutes drive from the Niagara falls center and very close to other shopping centers! The staff were all very polite and helped with any questions and requests!
Negatives:
The original room I was place in was not cleaned. The second room we were placed in was also not very clean, coffee pot did not work in the room and the tub drained very slowly causing water build up when showering.
