Positives:
Check in was very easy and the front desk attendant was amazing. Grounds were clean!

I was double charged for my room. I had spoken to the manager who stated they issued a refund. When i called back a few times to check on the when i would receive it the employee working that day during the morning could not of been more rude. Spoke to me with such disregard and continued to be rude during the whole conversation. I then tried to call back. I was put on hold and no one returned. I never received the refund.

Didn't like the bed was too hard,trash can too little,you get one washcloth with and one towel per person we should get two washcloths without asking, the toilet waaay to low thank God I'm not a big girl and the elevator when it gets to the 4th floor it makes a lot noise I was scared to get back on the elevator,hopefully next time something will be available on 2 floor every trip we go on we stay at la quinta

The receptionist at the front desk was very delightful and very accommodating. Also loved that they accept pets!
Negatives:
The breakfast could have been a little better and cleaner. There was a milk jug in the fridge that seem to be from the previous day, it was covered in crusted milk at 6am. Only one waffle maker was working and the hotel was booked!

Internet is very poor. Front office has us move to new room. Internet is a lot better but light bulbs need to be replaced, front came to replace 1 and forgot to bright another one to replace.
Negatives:
I dont like it. I used to stay at Hilton with bad internet too, they gave us a discount when check out.
