There was no body soap and house keeping knocked at the door at 8:30am. I told him check out at 11:00am and 20 minutes later another house keeping knocked the door again. They completely ruining Our sleeping.

The bed, pillows, and chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The soap took forever to wash off. The toilet was low; I felt like I was going to fall on the floor when I sat down.

The carpets were dirty as well as the couch was stained. The door to the room had a wet paint sign on it. they were unable to accommodate the rooms together and early check in which we requested. We were given the wrong wifi password.

Arrived around 3am and found out the hot water at the shower didn’t work. And the shower pressure was horrible. I understand that it’s typical airport hotel but I spend $200 for one night and no decent shower and no breakfast included
