Positives: The beds were comfy

Negatives: I found 2 alive bugs in our bathtub, our telephone didn't work, and there was a bug that came out from under the phone when i plugged my charger in. Gross. We had no wash cloths to wash up with, i had to use a pair of my socks, and we had no towel to step on after we got out of the shower.

Positives: The location and staff were great.

Negatives: The room was clean but worn and the smell of disinfectant was overwhelming and irritating. No towels or soap, had to ask for them. No temp adjustment. One of the bedcovers had a light brown stain.

Negatives: Run down, strange smell, no remote for tv, dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed bathroom door didn’t lock. Very few towels and no soap. Toilet wouldn’t flush in first try . Bugs crawling on wall
