Positives:
Outstanding breakfast offering and dining area. Friendly, efficient, quick preparation and serving staff.
Negatives:
The room was not clean, nor stocked with customary and expected items. Room was not attended to at all during our stay. Even the hallway areas and elevator loading area was not clean. Building not new, but maintenance was not up to Best Western standards.

This hotel offers a great breakfast in spacious rooms. Lots of food choices and spacious space.

1.Noise condition: There is no soundproofing between rooms, so you can hear all conversations. 2. Poor cleaning condition. It looks clean at first glance, but you can see a lot of dust accumulating over the years on the lampshades and corners of furnitur

Pleasant room, staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, there was a hotel guest who was very noisy on my second night there. About three arguments, where someone was slamming the door and yelling. Also - a ripped wallpaper by my room door with a lot of mold behind it in the rear hallway.

We were on bottom floor, great shower, conveniently located, staff was great, had free cookies and decent breakfast buffett.
Negatives:
First room has broken electric door lock and 2nd room had a broken 'safety' lock on inside.

When booking our reservation I was looking for a hotel with a pool and this one stood out. Unfortunately the pool was not accessible due to chemical levels. This was a bummer but will definetly book again with the best western in the future!!
