My stay was just OK!

After I reserved for 4 nights and checked in for 4 nights, the very next day after I went out for a moment, upon my return I found that I could no longer access my room and all of my things were removed. The hotel personnel realized it was their error and although I was allowed back in my room and my luggage was returned all of my toiletries/ personal items went missing and no one ever found them or took any responsibility. They said they would deduct $40 for each day I stayed to help with their mishap and they did not. They said they would look at the cameras and follow up with me and never did. I had things that were accrued over time as well as things bought for the trip that's total to over $300.00. They were irresponsible, inconsiderate and I paid a high price for their error. I feel like my things were stolen ane nothing was done about it. I am very disappointed and will not be staying there again. I will also never recommend this hotel to anyone.
