The location is ideal, which is why we chose this hotel again. However, apparently last time we stayed in a "premium suite" and this time we did not, though we didn't select or see anything listed at premium when booking. It doesn't really matter , except "premium" suites have a view and come with snack and drink which was a perk I was looking forward to again this time.
Also, Karen K from the kitchen/breakfast staff is the actual best and deserves a raise

Lida from the front desk at check in was rude and seemed like it was a bother to do her job. She got huffy when I inquired about the aforementioned "premium suite" situation.
The toilet paper was like wiping with a whisper so that definitely could have been better.
