It was a nightmare checking in because I booked via booking.com and Hilton have this absolutely ridiculous policy that people that are diamond status can extend a stay even if the hotel is fully booked. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard and I’m still not sure it’s true but in any case Chianti worked it through with me but honestly don’t third party book this property. Book directly with them or expect to be without a room. In any case, the staff were super friendly and the accommodations were good. Nice room and it was comfortable.
Negatives:
I did not get housekeeping service the whole time I was there. Left most days by 10am and then back between 2-4pm, left my gratuity on the pillow every day and literally did not get housekeeping for the entire stay. The whole place seems like a hot mess to be honest. Once again the employees are so lovely but no one seems to know how a hotel works. They are constantly overbooked, watched them tell a couple that were 80+ years old that sorry their room didn’t exist. It did but a diamond Hilton member extended I guess. That policy is ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone staying at this property.

We loved the size of the refrigerator! We brought food for a birthday celebration and everything fit perfectly!
Negatives:
Breakfast selection could have been better. We had a problem with one of the beds not being on the frame correctly. We also noted that the faucets were both loose.

I felt very welcomed to this location. We were greeted by the front desk, but our TV as well. Everything was super clean and the hotel room itself was huge!
