Best Western Plus Cary - Nc State

Negatives: Roaches... plenty of them. They offered a new room but I did not want to wake up 4 kids at 12AM to switch a room. They also refused to give my full refund back for this. The only positive is that the roaches weren't in the bed.

Negatives: The rooms were dark, dirty, and smelled of old building and weed. The entire building smelled of weed. The phone didn’t work in our room so we had to walk over to the main building to discuss issues with the front desk. There apparently was a water leak so the morning of we had absolutely no water pressure to shower. Since we didn’t have a working phone our room we weren’t notified until we checked out early and the front desk staff asked for our reason for checking out early. They must be “remodeling” some rooms and we were put in a room directly across from one that was having work done. The surrounding area around the hotel was littered with trash. The building doors didn’t lock so anyone could get access to the building at any time.

Negatives: The girl at reception desk is not friendly at all. Never smile.

Negatives: The smell in the Hallway was bad thanks

Negatives: The kitchen sink are super small & there is no oven.

Negatives: Smoke smell. Noisy guests, late night, early morning. Main door to suite area didn't even lock, no need for key entry.
