The staff was great.

The wifi was terrible,Staff said it's always spotty.Room need to be refurbished,cracks and chips in some area.The bed was uncomfortable,the mattress needs to be thrown out and the entire bed frame queaked and shaked when laying on it.Tv was Hard to man.

Its an established hotel, in a quiet part of the city, that appears to be tastefully refurbished recently despite the building itself being old.
Negatives:
The walls might be too thin. Could clearly hear conversations (and arguments) from the neighbouring rooms. Wifi was slow.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the ladys name who helped me around 8:30am on 9/22 and again upon check out on the 24th, but she was great.
