Upgrades badly needed. Room was missing a curtain and and bed was very small. I was told I needed to contact booking to change my. Booking wanted to charge me $300 something. I was told breakfast was served until 9:30am came down at 9 they told me they were breaking down and breakfast no longer being served. Pretty much every staff member I had to great them instead of being greeted. I’ll def won’t be returning.

Madison, the front desk clerk, was cheerful and friendly in a very stressful situation. She was new to the job, and handled the overwhelming number of people trying to find a place to sleep when flights were canceled. She's a real gem!

I have been charged twice with Booking.com and can’t seem to get a refund. Wyndham says I have to let booking.com back, please look at the date. I was a solo traveler, but two rooms for the same night are charged!!!!
