THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE IN TRIED TO HELP ME THE BEST SHE CAN.

TOLIET SEAT ARE BROKEN OR LOOSE. I WAS SENT TO THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS ALL SEATS WAS BROKEN I JUST SETTLE BECAUSEI WAS TIRED WHERE THE SEAT WAS BROKEN FRIDGE MADE NOISE ALL NIGHT. BREAKFAST HAD NO SILVERWEAR, WHEN I ASK THEY SAID THEY HAD NO MORE WOW.

The housekeeping staff cleaned the room on the 2nd day of our stay. I was so happy to see them cleaning when I walked in the room. Since unfortunately it was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. I happily tipped them for their awesome hard work.

Upon check-in, the room that I booked online was not presentable. The bed sheets were not neat and "guest ready". The hallway and the rooms near us were constantly rieking of cigarette smoke. This was very irritating since this is a "non-smoking" hotel.

The room was filthy!!! Tissue box empty. Stain towels refrigerator very dusty. Unfit to touch. Will never recommend nor stay there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROOM CLEANLINESS.

Had a death in family and had to leave 3 days early this hotel refused to refund the money for the last 3 nightstotally pathetic not to mention the elevators was out and jo idea on when they would be fixed pathetic that they cant work with you

The hotel is advertised as 3 star when it should be a 1 star.The elevator was broken,it was a shooting on the grounds (no police) but we all heard the shots & screams of the victim.On the last day a suv drove into the fence barley missing the glass door.

The hotel wreaked of marijuana, the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned upon entering, there was a water leak in the bathroom that nobody did anything about. It was so bad I had to check out 2 days early and lose money that I was not reimbursed.
