Air conditioner was working good.. Breakfast was satisfactory ... enough parking ..

First of all , Swimming pool was not even operating as advsertised on all booking site including booking.com ..
That was a big disappointment for us , because I promised my son to take him to swimming pool at the hotel on his birthday and was a big flop.. I tried calling booking,com before my check-in and no one answered either...
2. Staff was rude when i try to explain this above expectation and staff repeatedly saying nothing but " My manager told me that they cant do anything" .. I asked if they can either cancel my reservation or even transfer me to the nearest other location hotel..
3. There wasnot even any door mat at the bathroom and water was splashing on the bathroom while you shower and you and your kids at the risk of falling over and hurt yourself..
4. There was no Trash bin in the main room , except there was one small trash bin inside the bathroom.
5. Floor mats were all very dirty .. poor lighting inside the room.
6. On the website , there was nothing mentioned about 75$ refundable deposit, but they insisted for security deposit at the check-in...

The first room that we went to only two lights was working the tub shower was extremely difficult. The tub was dirty that has soap left on it from the previous stay the floor has a whole bunch of crumbs, and the HVAC system was extremely dirty with dead bugs sitting on top. The front desk gave us another room, but the room AC or heat did not work, but the room was much cleaner.
