I was super excited to stay there since I had been wanting to stay at this location for some time. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The staff was nice but not knowledgeable about the area or what was going on in the hotel.The room had a wet dog smell.

Great location. Loved the decor and the staff was great.

Our room was pretty small for the price we paid. No coffee maker in the rooms, but there was coffee in the lounge. Our bathroom sliding door wouldn't close all the way and the shower had poor water pressure. There were also two visible holes on the duvet cover as well. I just think the finishes could have been better.

Given the wrong room, my belongings were moved while I was out and taken down to reception without my consent.
Then put in a room without windows.
Checked out early but am yet to receive the invoice via email. So unclear what the final cost was.

This is a "motel" not a "hotel" - you have to go outside to access your room, and your room opens to the outdoors which was unexpected (just be aware). It seems to have transitioned ownership recently and isn't quite sure what to do. No coffee in the rooms, my TV didn't work (but I didn't complain, it was in the evening) and it was noisy. It's a party hotel, as many of the other reviews on other websites say.

The bed and bedding are amazing! And the location is perfect.

Staff could have provided a little more information - I had no idea there was coffee/light breakfast available included in the price. Hotel is a little musty, but I'm not sure that is avoidable because of the age. And I prefer mustiness to awful smelling 'air freshener'!
