Annoying noise almost constantly from hall AC ( I think that was the source). Another guest opened our door twice with her key. There are very few convenient restaurants.

The bathroom needed some attention. The sliding door in the shower was in need of repair the calking and trim was dirty and leaking but otherwise the room was nice

Before I could check in, the clerk said I would have to provide a card so they could charge it 25.00 for overuse of the hotel amenities. I knew there was no chance that would happen but the clerk said she wouldn't check me in if I didn't provide it.

Booking . com had guaranteed our reservations. Upon our arrival, there were no reservations in our name. Luckily, there were 2 rooms available. I DO NOT recommend Booking. com. !!
