Negatives: The front desk staff was unprofessional complaining to housekeeping but after we checked in we can see why. The room was very dirty. I am nit one that checks a room with a fine tooth comb but I didn't need to to find the flaws here. The sofa and ottoman were stained, the shower had body hair in it, the desk was sticky. It wasn't clean at all.

Negatives: Our room was not clean. Hair everywhere. We had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. A huge stain on the bathroom wall creeped me out every time I went in. We had to turn the faucet really hard to stop it from leaking and the water pressure was affected by this because water came out of the shower head & tub faucet at the same time when taking a shower. When we pulled put the sofa bed there was lots of trash under it. The whirlpool was not available. Next time I will definitely take pictures if the experience is good or bad.

Negatives: One of the employees tried to enter my room without permission, and the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door post. I complained to management, and they apologized for the invasion of privacy, blaming it on the worker not speaking English. If you have an employee working in the USA, you need to make sure they speak English.

Negatives: We had a terrible time with our shower. But Napoleon took great care of us and moved us to a better room.

Negatives: The sleeper sofa in the room was filthy. Stains all over it. My daughter and I refused to even sit on it, let alone, sleep on it. I didn’t know that we had to request for housekeeping everyday, I thought that that was just a given like every other hotel that I have stayed in. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Both were cloudy. I’m guessing some type of chemical imbalance. I used the fitness center once. In the morning and there were 0 towels and 0 disinfectant wipes or spray. Very unsanitary. I asked the front desk for spray or something to wipe the equipment down and she said that she would have someone come in to clean them. Huh??? The bathroom didn’t have a vent to turn on when the shower got all hot and steamy, so there was mold growing in the corners of the ceiling. There was a vent but no switch to turn it on. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was also a $50 per night hold put on your credit card for any incidents that may happen. Nothing about that was mentioned when I originally booked. I in turn got that back but that would have been nice to know. Also…the Starbucks that we went to in the hotel offers Iced coffee and almond milk. When asked for either one of those, the almond milk was expired and the iced coffee machine was out of ice or something along those lines. Not sure.

Negatives: The parking lot gets full fast after 5pm

Negatives: I am used to breakfast being included. Also, there is usually water available, and it wasn't. My refrigerator didn't work. I turned it on and it went off, so my fruit went bad.
