I ask for sheets for four days and the lady that owns this place, she yelled at me and said I need too follow protocol just to get sheets, when she did give them to me they had burn holes all in it. I'm disabled and I paired for a week

The first night my car was broke into I told the person that was working at the time, I also ask for sheets then, I told the lady that owns this place about my car and all she could say was did you call the police no because of all the pot smoking goin on

Communication - I mistakenly reserved a smoking room. It took three hours to finally get in touch with someone to change it to a non-smoking room. And I found out later that one of the phone numbers you post is a land-line in Hong Kong. That cost me $---.

The bed until they took the covers off and it was dirty. I like the person who checked me and fix my booking when it was her shift.i liked the ice available.

I didn't like the the lady at the desk in the morning that didn't know how to use the computer. She stole my money and told me she bout to hurt me . She kept going in the computer changing things after the other lady kept fixing it. I don't like being called the police on and ask to leave without a refund. So she can rent the room out at a higher price for furniture market.

The fact that check in was at 3 and they didn't have my room ready until 5:15. The roaches, the loud guest, and the fact that the police, fire department, and EMS had to come out due to domestic violence on the property. They tried to charge me for late check out though my check in was delayed due to staffing shortages (house-keeping).
