There were not any bugs or roaches

I didn't like that the staff that left at 10 shhut the computerw down and I couldn't get a key to get in my room and someone was supposed to come in at 1030 and no one showed up to give me a key

The channels on the TV.
Negatives:
The rude female receptionist who checked us in at 1 am.
The spider who greeted us at our rooms door the second we stepped inside.
The roach party going on inside the top drawer of the nightstand between both beds.
The hard and very uncomfortable beds.
The itchy and questionably strained blankets on said hard bed.
Now this one is up for debate because my daughter said that her bed smelled of Cheetos but my bed smelled like nacho cheese Doritos but either way I guess that's better than it smelling like swamp ass.....much like how the bathroom smelled.
The rude male receptionist who tried arguing with me at 7 am about not giving me back my deposit because the night receptionist didn't give me a slip of paper when she handed me my room key.

The staff are very rude. The Indian lady didn't have change from us paying so she told us to come back later. It was 3 days before we seen her again and she then stayed that she gave us our change later that same day.Then tried to charge us extra same day

It was just really have that no one always very quiet couple room was playing at will soap shampoo and towels it's just one of my favorite hotels to stay at in hickory and several other places I will check red roof price and availability first before the others

It was the fact that I hadn't to move good for say another night so that wasn't on them as on me though

For the price hands down it is a real nice clean hotel and very quiet and like I said you can't beat it for the amount of money for tonight especially in the rising costs the hotel accommodations I would recommend this place I stay here all the time I enjoy coming back
