It was on the way to my destination.

Took almost 45 minutes to check in at like 2am with an exhausted toddler, requested a crib in the room and didn’t get one, bathroom in the room was filthy, there was dirt in the bed and on the couch, and staff stopped by pounding on the door waking my baby up around 8am after I had just finally gotten her to sleep at 6 due to no crib.

The room and bathroom were completely disgusting. The water wouldn’t even go down in the bathtub. The walls in the bathroom were disgusting.

The front desk attendant was taking reservations on the phone and ignoring all in the lobby. I ended having to check out virtually. The managers phone number is the main number.
