Great property, quiet rooms, very clean and comfy plus nice pool! Being able to use Netflix was also a bonus.

Missed having complimentary breakfast, also the WiFi wasn’t working. Admittedly I was too tired to call & see if I needed to do something add’l but had to use cellular data when in the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff was phenomenal and facilities are BEAUTIFUL! You couldn’t hear ANYTHING from adjoining rooms or in the hall while in your room (which is a HUGE thing I look for while traveling). When we got to the hotel and realized we had to use a parking ramp for parking my first thought was oh god this is going to be a nightmare… it wasn’t AT ALL!! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Waverly for making your hotel feel like home away from home!

Pools was closed for maintenance… this would have been great to know as we came from Minnesota and were really looking forward to being able to use the pool!
