Complimentary shampoo was used and left on vanity. More disturbing, hairs were found in the bathroom sink.
A major consideration for choosing this hotel was the exceptional cleanliness rating, obviously someone dropped the ball.

We came to Mocksville for an all day meeting my husband had. The front desk allowed me to stay in the room until 2pm on the day of check out so I could be comfortable while I waited. That was REALLY unexpected & kind.
