Hotel was nasty,smelly and not cleaned well at all. Bed was broken,walls were dirty,hair in sheets, water on floor from the refrigerator,rusted isles on stove,dirty sink,mold around the tub,trash and cans under bed,chairs were ripped and dirty,lighting was bad,carpet was stained and filthy,entrance to staircase was blocked by kids bicycles and toys,dog poop everywhere!!! Looks like a hotel that ppl live instead of weeks or days at at a time. The property isnt kept up very well at all. Looks of hotel was different then the pic advertised.

Everything was horrible! The room was disgusting and there was stains and bugs. The bathroom had mold in it. We got there around 10 at night and there was a phone outside we had to use to call someone and get them to come check us in. It was really sketchy and uncomfortable. I will never be staying at that place again.

The room was clean except for the carpet which was very dirty.

1- There was a persistant smell of cigarette smoke. I had to buy some air freshener but to no avail. 2- the elevator was stinking 3- there was no soap in the bathroom 4- No toilet paper in the bathroom 5- when I phoned to inform that there was no toilet paprer, the lady at the reception told me to come down from my room to get some.

Supposed to be non smoking, double beds. Room smelled like smoke, no double beds only king. Made our allergies go crazy so the rest of our trip was not as great as it could have been and was told that this specific hotel did not have double beds. No ice, nothing to use to drink coffee or tea with, only had towels no hand soap for bathroom sink. Basically had to run to local store and spend more money to get essentials that a hotel should be providing. Will never stay at Extended stay america ever again.
