The conscience to shopping and getting to our hockey game to the one arena

The first night we got there i was opening up the sofa bed and on the sheets was blood spots and ur one spots all over the sheet and the mattress . This was completely uncalled for . Then the lady switched our room and in the second room there was hair all over our sheets and all around the shower . So then again we complained and they switched us to a third room and we had no issues in that one but we requested a refund and they refused that and just sent us to another room . I also wanted to add in there was trash under the sofa bed and the floors were dirty

Everything was beyond excellent. To start off the staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast every morning and the bar in the evenings with happy hour was a nice touch. Could not get this experience through an Airbnb. So glad we booked our weekend here! Was the perfect location too! Close to RDU and central to Cary, Raleigh, and Durham. Will definitely stay again!

The vibe of this place was pretty cool. Got complimentary drinks from the bar (you get tickets at check-in), front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was like a mini apartment! I just needed a little getaway, and this seemed the perfect place.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that the bed was hard for my tastes and the fridge wasn't cold at all.

The staff was rude. I didn’t actually get a king bed. The bartender was an idiot. Hospitality was totally lacking. Beds were horribly uncomfortable- we wound up sleeping on the pullout couch. The television was limited to a limited amount of channels on directv. All in all it was a hotel with potential that didn’t deliver.
