Very inexpensive room. Clean, very comfortable bed. Advertised breakfast was coffee or juice and a granola bar, but for the price that was fine with us.Fee for dogs was $15 each.

Very difficult to find getting off I77. Not easy off and on. Not very soundproof either. Charged a $100 deposit in case of any damages.Hope it gets refunded to my credit card.

Room was ice cold when we entered. It took 3 hours to bring the room to some comfort temp. Hotel advertised breakfast included. However, there was only coffee, nut bar and stale orange juice.

It took about 4 hours to heat our room enough to take off our coats.The room was dirty. The carpet was so bad we had to wear shoes. There wasn't hot water for a shower.The desk clerk was VERY rude when I went to the office to ask about the heat.

The hotel was quartered from the main highway was sort of hard to locate and find.

We were told because we had 3 dogs we could not stay there. Most places have just charged and extra pet fee because we have older dogs. My husband and I were debating even if we wanted to stay before checking in because of the state of the property . When making reservations we had until 6:00 to cancel - it was a few minutes after and we didn’t get our money back. This place is really a dump. Do not stay here.

The hotel fail to reinstate their $100 security deposit. I took a video of the room verifiying that everything was in tack on Oct 30 2023 when I checked out. Scams makes your business bad

Nothing. Said there was a free breakfast, it was coffee, juice and a nutragrain bar. Thats all. The ad lied. I put the rest in the dislike paragraph

Yes. People going back & forth in front of our room & fighting going on till about 3:30am. People running up & down the stairs to the 2nd floor, cars coming & going till about 3:30am. Not a proper lock on the door. Felt unsafe, couldnt sleep at all.
