We stayed here for 2 nights to watch the eclipse. The staff was very nice, especially the employees working the bar/restaurant. The food was good & reasonably priced.
Negatives:
The room was a bit dated & needed a deep clean. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls in some places & the mattresses were not comfortable (could feel springs/lumpy). The pool was under construction so that was a bummer too.

Loved the location next to goodyear theatre. Easy to get to. Area appeared to be safe.
Negatives:
Bummed the pool was not operational and always stinks when large events take place like concerts, and the majority of your guests are there for it and you bar is not open late...even on a weekend
