The pool area was small and the exercise room are too close to each other which you can slip and fall into the equipment if your not careful when walking out of the pool area. When you get there you have to pay 150.00 deposit that wasn't disclosed on booking website after you already for your room. Going to our room there was lashes on the hallway floor.

The windows in my room were dirty. I thought the hotel in general was very tired and a little run down. Whilst it was advertised as a no smoking hotel, there was a distinct smell of smoke in the hotel which I noticed on arrival and throughout my stay. Whilst the food was tasty it was way overpriced and the beer I was recommended was overpriced too. In my opinion UU$ 39.19 was extortionate for 2 x beers and a biryani and actually the most expensive meal of my trip, including Cleveland. It was the evening I arrived after a long journey so I decided to eat at the hotel. Had I realised the overpricing and the face the bar closed before 9.30pm I would have taken a short walk to one of the diners in the vicinity.
There were children staying at the hotel for part of my stay running about the corridors in the evening making an unacceptable noise who should have been told by staff to tone it down / as should their parents. No consideration for other guests. I was on a floor that would have been within earshot of the open reception / bar area so staff should have been aware.
Negatives:
Cleanliness, the hotel is quite run down. People smoking in the hotel (there was an obvious smell throughout). Overpriced food and drink. The bar closing before 9.30pm.

My first room was still dirty, the mattress was stained and had burn holes in it. The bathroom vanity still had soap suds from previous occupant. The back door was broken and left ajar . The property was very dirty. The front desk clerk was very rude and would not give his information to be used for this purpose. Then he charged a different “deposit” than what the website said and from what the front desk sign indicated. I was told I had a “deluxe “ King suite and the only thing it had was a sofa and extra mini fridge, no microwave. It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER stay or recommend anyone else to stay there, EVER! It needs to be remodeled and updated to match the price it charges and the staff need to be trained in customer service and cleanliness …

The room was Extremely dated. The carpet was dirty, old, had tripping hazards. The tub surround was broken, patched. The toilet did not sit evenly. The pillows were even smaller than an twin pillow. There was someone from the hotel staff sitting on a chair with his bare feet propped on a table. The hotel staff were unable to print out my receipt. The patio door was broken and did not lock. The curtains were stained. There was no coffee downstairs, in the morning, although they may have been in the process of making more.
