That the lobby door is locked and the front desk clerk is in the back doing who knows what and then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault even though he never activated my key card!! Complete and total incompetence!

I definitely like the staff they are always nice and informative...I also like the amenities they are available on site. For the price it's really a good deal.

The room is great the bed is very firm and not much softness to it at all its a little harder to get a good night's rest in my opinion..a softer mattress would be great
