The staff that worked in the kitchen were very nice but the guy that worked front desk was very rude to us

The hotel was ok needs some updates it wasn't the cleanliness but I brought products myself &we cleaned . The housekeepers & kitchen staff very nice but definitely was not worth at all I wish I would have saved my money & went somewhere else

The water in the pool is warm. The Waterpark is a nice addition but isn't really huge. The game room is appreciated and the hot breakfast is as expected for a hotel in this price range.

The beds need some work. They are so hard that if you're a side sleeper, you will wake up with a pain in your hip or your entire back hurting.

Our room was the right size for us. At checkin the desk person said she put us in a room away from the splash area which we appreciated. The arrangements for refreshing the towels and complete room care was very helpful. Of course the Splash Harbor was a big draw and lived up to its name. Breakfast was fine.

I did not like that the facility was not sanitary me and my family were exposed to a biohazard situation and also our whole time their staff was not very Polite.
