The rooms needs deep cleaned and updates. The beds are not very comfortable. The worst continental breakfast very limited. Only microwaves are in the suite rooms so I had to spend extra money for food. I asked for extra wash clothes and towels the said they could only give me 2 of each. Only 2 floors have working ice machines. And for the price I paid. This was not a good stay for the weekend with my grandkids.

It's unfortunate that they let such a beautiful hotel be run down so bad..no bar...tried to close the pool 2 hours early..continental breakfast was disappointing at best..1 waffle maker and cereal...people were standing in line to make a waffle which is ridiculous, but With that being the best option what else can you do? And what kind of hotel doesn't provide juice for their guest...just so sad all the way around

It was dark and dreary. Very basic, no fridge or microwave in room. Dog was barking all morning. The breakfast was a joke, packs of instant oatmeal, small boxes of cereal and a waffle iron. The tub facet leaked continuously and the drain was extremely slow. Really needs a makeover.

It was a pleasant stay...
Positives:
There was lot of dust under the beds that really effected are breathing. The sprinkler say was taped in the wall. The door handles were extremely loose but they did tighten them during my stay. They also fixed a lamp and alarm clock during my stay. Staff was extremely helpful and kind
