When I asked the staff where to take her to use the bathroom, they handed me a roll of doggy bags. Of course, our dog is not going to use the bathroom on the floor or on a concrete sidewalk

Negatives: I was booked into a room and :45 min later they booked someone else into the same room. A man opened the door and started in the room asking me if I was supposed to be there. My two daughter ran into the bathroom to hide. Then the front desk calls me telling me I was supposed to have checked out already. Once they realize that they had screwed up they moved my daughter and I to another room. It’s a split motel with Hampton Inn and Homewood sweets in the same building. I booked a room in Homewood Sweets but they put me In Hampton inns. was promised by India (the women who screwed up) that my stay would be for free. I go to check out two days later and Krystal at the front desk knows nothing about this. I tell her the story and she promises that I will get call from the manager and that they do not run their motel like this. She was very apologetic to me and my daughters. It’s been 4 weeks I haven’t heard from anyone and I was charged full price. That God that poor man that came in our room quickly realized that someone screwed up. Seriously, this man could have been hurt. He walked in on me and my daughter in our motel room.
