The customer service was fantastic. It was very clean and the lobby was inviting. The shuttle service was A+++. Both drivers were professional and personable.

The room had a weird smell when we got there --only for abt an hour. It dissipated once we had the AC on and when we got back from dinner.

So the the TV was small and the bathroom floor was dirty! I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was black after wiping up the water.
