Bed bugs in our room. Photos with proof. Wallpaper was tearing off in hallway and moldy looking. Room 257. Staff was mildly friendly. Lobby was overwhelming with chlorine smell. Light between beds didn’t work.

Positives:
Easy parking, Lobby area is very pretty and inviting and comfortable. Room was clean. Pool area was very pretty but not open when I was there.
Negatives:
Hallway to my room needed serious TLC, the ceiling was plealing off and laying in the floor. Edges of carpet in hallway looked very wet but I do not think they actually were. Lack of electrical plug in's was a big disappointment and issue. Bathroom needed TLC in the fact of the grout was chipping out. The blow dryer didn't work which was a real problem. Directions too my room were very nonchalantly given. It was a REAL long hike! But, made to sound like it was simply at the end of a hall. Hospitality was missing somewhat.
