I was on the 5th floor and every night it was super quiet! I loved the peace and the bed was firm and comfortable with clean linen.
Negatives:
Only issue was that the key card didnt work, twice, so I had to go back down to the lobby after getting to my fifth floor room twice - once at 12:30AM.

Customer service was excellent. There was an obnoxious guest mistreating the front desk clerk, but was very professional, she called the police, and the matter was handled quickly. I had no pillowcases for my pillows, and she took care of it immediat

Staff locking outside doors during daytime hours with a sign on door clearly stating they do not lock outside doors until 11 PM. When locked you have to walk to the very front doors to the lobby and then walk down a long aisle to elevators.

Stood inline to check in for an hour and a half. Definitely not staffed for whatever event that they were having. The ice machines didn't work and the whole hotel was run down.

The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely unconcerned with our comfort and well being. They told us that roll away beds are illegal (as they are a fire hazard) and then would not provide bedding for the pull-out bed. The linen was dirty.

Hotel employee at desk: talk about break ins to cash machine, and other bad incidents this past week, assign room 105, then other clerk intervene, and said lock not working, assigned another room, hotel employee did not know what door to park a Nota good pm welcome.

Cookies were good but not worth the lack of towels and lousy attitude of employees. You have to ask to have your room serviced. Didnt explain why our room that wasnt completely stocked with the basics on first night. Wont stay again.
Negatives:
2 nights 1st night only had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, no bath mat, no shampoo/conditioner. 2nd night only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels. Had to ask for more towels and more coffee. no bath mat. Front desk employee was a jerk at checkout.

That no breakfast is served unless you pay for it extra. They charge $5 for a beer when you can walk across the street and pay $1.50 for the same beer.
