The Pool was closed and even though it was said that the update is was on the website I did look at the website after I scheduled I went through a third party and after asking them if everything was good she told me yes so the third party was unaware. I felt like I didn't get the most out of my money.

Location, house keeping.
Negatives:
We booked mainly because there were two pools. We got there and were told both pools were closed, conveniently only the 4 days that we were staying there. We wanted a pool because after standing 12 hours each day in the heat at a festival, it would’ve been great to relax in one. We were given no notice either. A message ahead of time would’ve been great so we could’ve booked elsewhere. Instead after driving 8 hours, we only get told when we got there. The front desk guy said he could get us access to a pool at a neighboring hotel, but every time we asked, nothing ever came from it.
Also, holes in the floor in the elevators don’t feel very safe. The inspection on them expired back in 2022. Some walls were duct taped up as well.
