Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - NE - I-270

Negatives: The hotel room I was given was filthy. Visible dust, had to make own bed, hair on bathroom sink from previous guest. Tried to wait for front desk staff to ask for new room but no one was available multiple times. Worst room I have ever stayed in.

Negatives: no hookers and drugs in the hall way

Negatives: Dirty parking lot, smelly lobby, poor management! AVOID THIS PLACE.

Negatives: hallways smells like cigarettes bathroom fan loud as hell, had to take shower in the dark, because of the sound(room 1)refrigerator making noise all night long had to drown the sound out with TV(room 2)..Horrible experience 2nd time probably my last

Negatives: Dirty room/ building, nonsmokers nightmear, LOUD! The breakfast advertised was Granola bars. Our kitchen in room had no Accessories To make it usable.

Negatives: The hotel was to have kitchen items available. It didn't. The sink and shower drains were very slow draining. It took 2 days and 2 phone calls to get fixed. Hotel is not in a good neighborhood. Heard 3 sets of gun shots. There are police at the hotel.

Negatives: This place was a disaster. It felt like (and likely was) being used as temporary housing. It was unclean, smelled of dinners being cooked in various rooms, and felt quite unsafe. Quite a number of people hanging out and smoking at the door - pets in the lobby, etc. The staff was hostile. Our reservation was made specifically for two beds (paid more for that) as two unrelated adults were traveling together on business. The room provided only had one bed. Was told the problem was our fault for not booking the room directly with them and that we simply would have to share the bed or get another hotel (this was at 9:30 in the evening). They did not provide cots nor did they have any extra bedding. Contacted Booking.com and was told that they were unable to get any response from the hotel - and would see about getting a different room at a different hotel. Ending up sleeping in a chair and finally heard back from Booking.com at 4 am letting us know they had arranged another hotel 4 miles away at twice the price and had cancelled our room. So in summary - the hotel was awful and the service from Booking.com was absurd.

Negatives: I did not end up staying the night in your hotel. The entire place smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk had to give me a different room after the key cards she gave me the first two times wouldnt work. It did not feel like a safe environment with the very thick plexiglass that was up at the desk, and the men that were lingering around staring at me as I checked in. When I came downstairs after seeing and smelling the room, there was no one at the desk to speak with. I left my key on the counter and left. I called the next morning to make sure I had been checked out and the man that answered said I had not. He said he would take care of it (hopefully
