After unpacking, we checked bed for bugs, found a bug reported to front desk, and after repacking, was placed in another room. She gave us an email to address issue. Basically, response was, sorry , it’s just a normal bug found in homes all the time. Not happy about the response. Phantom itching for 2 days . As Hampton Honors Members, felt we should have been comped at least 1 night of our 2 night stay, or at least an upgraded room . Very disappointed in corporate response .

Is it too bad they do not have self parking, but the valets were very accommodating with allowing you access to your vehicles in the garage

Valet parking was a nightmare, waited in line for about half an hour, when the guy came was cut by several people, then my keys were missing, after searching for about 20-30 minutes, I was told that mt keys were at the front desk, went around to the front desk and they told me valet had my keys, the valet guy then showed up and said I wanted my car released after I had told him I only wanted the keys to put things in the car, was then informed my car was in an outside lot and it would take longer. The whole situation was very stressful and seemed as if the staff did not have communication
