Upon arrival, we were denied the water bottles welcome bag as we were not Hilton Honors, which we are, then argued they did not give it to my "sister" I don't have one. Pool was locked up at 9pm, closes at 10. Kids wanted to use it, but when opened the "Heated Pool" was cold anyway. Breakfast was poor, no plain eggs, only w/ onions and peppers, kids don't eat, was told it wasn't the "plain day" Not bagel day, either I guess but cream cheese in the fridge? Spanish speaking only attendant, couldn't answer questions. Incorrect cups/lids for coffee. wouldn't snap on, spilled ALL down the front of my shirt, but ok- cold thankfully! I warned another woman to be careful. She came back to show me it happened to her as well, even though she was careful- popped off. I stay in Hiltons all the time, and expected MUCH better, especially for the price!

Positives:
Pleasant staff, good laundry facility, comfortable beds, clean. The breakfast was fine. Located close to lots of restaurants, a lot of them close early unfortunately.
Negatives:
It was hard to get to the hotel at night due to construction in the area. The room was small for 6, and the layout not very convenient. The sofa-bed was not very comfortable and we had to make it up ourselves. It would be nice for all the beds to be ready for 6 occupants.

The room was great, very clean and spacious. Fridge was full size and the beds were firm but not hard. Perfect for our short trip.

While we weren't able to use the pool area, the outdoor patio is clean and set up well. Very nice.
