This is 2 hotels together. I booked for Homewood suites, but the sign was so small I didn't realize there were two different doors to check in. I went to the garden Hilton entrance, apparently. They didn't tell me otherwise. Went down the next morning to get my breakfast (that was included). The restaurant was closed and when I asked they just pointed me towards the coffee. Never told me to go down the hall to the adjoining hotel (which was the actual hotel I was supposed to stay in) to get breakfast.
The room it's self looked nice, but it was very clean. The carpet had evidently not been vacuumed, as there was lots of debris everywhere. I had paperwork to do, so I pulled out the desk and it has not been wiped and there was a fingernail laying on it. The fridge was unplugged, so we moved it and plugged it in. It was so loud I realized why it was unplugged in the first place. I'll never stay at this location again. Disappointed cause Homewood suites are usually my go to place to stay.
