The mattress, sheets, pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
Front desk person had no customer service skills. Floor lamp had no shade or bulb. Lights between beds missing a bulb and shade missing the top nut to hold it, found it was unplugged. One bed had a king frame and box spring still in plastic bag.

I have never seen such a dirty hotel. The carpet in hallway walking to room was filthy. Once in the room my son noticed a large stain on his comforter and more stains on the carpet. Although smoke free, smelled like it had been smoked in. We did not stay

My room has no HOT WATER. Front desk stated the manager told her to give me 50% off my room,still hasn't happened. Room was decent considering. Definitely needed a thorough cleaning.

Stained carpets throughout. Stained cushions on the couch. Stained, and I mean seriously stained toilet and sink. Room had apparently not been cleaned, dust everywhere, cap from soda bottles on the floor, etc. Coffeemaker???? Absolutely never again

Had mini freeze and microwave. Furniture is okay. Room is decent compared to it price and level.

I figured that bedsheets were not washed.There were coffee machines and cups but not a single pack of coffee or tea. Also the horrible experience with breakfast. Only available items were mini muffins, bengals and frozen Milk.

I have stayed here many times over 20 the word Quality Inn does not belong in the same sentence. There was trash EVERY WHERE upon check-in at 7pm. No breakfast, no T.V. Absolutely deplorable.

Everything, rude disrespectful staff, things in the room not operating right. Said they didn't have to and wouldn't honor my price I booked the room for. I checked out and got charged for another night which means they keep my card info and I had to fight to get that and my refund back from checking out early

It was close to my work. And had a few good fast food locations nearby to eat.

They charge you extra for service animals. (Which btw is illegal). They tricked us into paying a 100 dollar "cleaning fee" under the guise of a deposit. Dont stay here. Staff is also very rude and unprofessional.

My room surfaces were not clean (side shelf, TV dresser and bathroom sink). Mirrors dirty.. I went to the office and requested my room to be cleaned thoroughly. Was given another room that surfaces were dirty and sticky!! Hair on sheets in both rooms. Awe

The place was closed until further notice, a note was on their door!!! I went to two other hotels, and the 1st was completely booked from taking in people from Quality Inn that left people without a place to stay and took their money. 2nd hotel I went to let me stay and they were almost completely booked!!!! I was stranded alone and scared barely had money for another hotel !!! I need my money back!!!! I lost time, I was studying for a test for my job the next day!!!
